A chicken recipe using dealcoholized wine as a glaze.

Hello I’m Graham Kerr with just a word about Dealcoholized Wine and deglazing a pan. I've cooked some chicken breast with the skin on to preserver the moisture and I've taken away the fat and now I have residue in the pan to deglaze. So just simple take a little wine pour it in the pan and it lifts off the glaze from the bottom of the pan and then take a touch of --- and just pop that into the surface and then just a spoon full of fresh herbs. Then you can take the chicken breast back, pop them into the pan turn them backwards and forward in the pan and they glaze brilliantly. Now just simply just pop that into the pan with a little sauce of the top. Deglazed with dealcoholized wine.
